Car: there are several parking options close to the Sea Life Sydney. However, there is not a car park on site.
Ferry: you can take the ferry from Circular Quay Wharf 5 to Darling Harbour. These ferries leve every half an hour.
Train: you can wak to Sea Life Sydney from Wynard Stations. Head for King Street and then walk west down the hill towards Darling Harbour.
Bus: you can also take the Big Bus Sydney and get off at the Sea Life Sydney Aquarium Stop.

Wheelchairs are available to borrow. However, please note that these are reserve on a first come, first serve basis.
