- Ferry: you can take the ferry to Darlington Harbour from Circular Quay Wharf 5 very half an hour.
- Train: Wildlife Zoo Sydney is a short walk from Wynyard Station and Town Hall Station.
- Bus: get off at Sydney Explorer Bus No 24 or at any bus service stops near Market Square or Kings Street.
