Plot

Based on JK Rowling's eighth book, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child follows the story of Albert Severus Potter, the son of Harry Potter and Ginny Weasley, who is starting his first day at Hogwarts. Alongside Harry and Ginny on platform 9 and ¾, Hermoine Granger and Ron Weasley also say goodbye to their daughter, Rose Granger-Weasley.

Yet suspicions are raised when Albus, who is the son of Harry Potter, is sorted into Slytherin which leads to him making an unlikely friendship with Scorpious Malfoy, the son of Harry's former arch enemy Draco Malfoy.   • Bus: there are several buses from the city centre which stop close to the theatre.
  • Train: you can take the train from Parliament Station which is close to the Princess Theatre.
  • Tram: the closest tras are 86 & 96 which stop on Bourke Street

Inside the theatre

The Princess Theatre has no lift access and it is advised that customers with limited mobility sit in the Stalls. There is wheelchair access available via the left-side doors on Spring Street using the ramp or using the doors.

There are wheelchair transfers available, please speak to the Box Office beforehand about organising a wheelchair transfer.

Companion Cards: companion cards are accepted at the Princess Theatre and they can be collected via the Box Office.
