Ravyn Lenae is a Chicago-born singer-songwriter known for her ethereal vocals, genre-defying sound, and poetic lyricism. Fusing elements of neo-soul, alternative R&B, electro-funk, and psychedelic pop, Lenae's music is often described as experimental yet intimate, characterized by lush production and atmospheric melodies.

Ravyn Lenae first gained attention with her debut EP Moon Shoes (2015), which showcased her soulful vocals over dreamy, jazz-infused beats. Her follow-up EP Midnight Moonlight (2017) expanded on this sound with a more electronic edge. However, it was the Crush EP (2018), featuring Sticky that truly solidified her as a rising star in alternative R&B.

In 2022, Lenae released her debut full-length album HYPNOS, a critically acclaimed body of work that featured the hit single Skin Tight (2022), produced by Steve Lacy. 

Lenae’s lyrics often explore themes of identity, sensuality, emotional vulnerability, and the complexity of love. Her songwriting is poetic and deeply personal, resonating with a generation unafraid to feel deeply.
